7 days a week, and select happy hours.

A Brief History

Bug Jar is a bar and venue active since 1991, and hosts live music and DJs 7 days a week. A short list of musicians we”ve hosted would include: The Arcade Fire, Vampire Weekend, Ted Leo & the Pharmacists, Daniel Johnston, Jets to Brazil, The Grifters, Mogwai, Mooney Suzuki, Modest Mouse, Frank Black & The Catholics, The White Stripes, Fiery Furnaces, The Unicorns… the full list would look not unlike the original scroll for On the Road.
